We collect information you provide when registering an account, listing a yard, or making a booking — including name, email, phone number, company name, and property details. We also collect payment information processed securely through Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the marketplace, process bookings and payments, verify insurance certificates, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Information Sharing
We share your information with the other party in a booking (Landlord receives Tenant contact info and vice versa) to facilitate the lease. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on FlexYard servers.
